In response to the pushback on DEI, Next Level DEI focuses on educating corporate America about the benefits of DEI in order to better understand why diversity is beneficial to their bottom line, and informing them on how to continue embedding DEI programs into their practice within the changing legal landscape.

The Welcome Table Collaborative is a network of committed bridge-builders devoted to creating welcoming, equitable and prosperous communities. It is the result of over twenty-five years of deep community engagement in some of the most divided and racially haunted places in the country. .
