Root to Flourish Collective is cultivating a model to ensure that people of color and women have the opportunity to thrive in the environmental/conservation field. We prioritize the cultivation of deep relationships and the promotion of interconnectedness between people and nature to ensure systemically marginalized voices are central to shaping the future of environmental stewardship.

 

We work artfully and with intention to create pathways for people of color and women to succeed in the environmental/conservation sector. Through our regional model of network weavers and librarians, we break down barriers and build a more inclusive and equitable future for all professionals in the field.
